M2M Event Policies

    Adult Attendees Only

    Our goal is to provide a time of rest and relaxation for singles and couples who attend the Ministry to Missionaries event; therefore, we are unable to accommodate children. Based on experience, attendees have a harder time really connecting or relaxing when they have to attend to their children's needs. Also, we need to be sensitive to the people in attendance, especially during the meetings and times of relaxation. We would love to have you join us if you are able to make arrangements for a friend or family member to care for your children during this time.


    Limitation of Attendees 

    M2M events depend on generous donations from churches, organizations, and individuals to pay for the operational expenses i.e. event activities, food and accommodations. Ninety days prior to the event start date, donations for the event will be calculated and the number of attendees we can invite will be determined. 


    Donation Policy

    M2M events are subject to the availability of funding. In the unlikelihood that we are unable to meet the event budget 90 days prior to the start date, all designated donations that have been received will be applied to a future Ministry to Missionaries event. Donors will be notified of this change and given the option to have their donation returned. Please pray for the funding of your Ministry to Missionaries Event!

    Attendees should make note of this donation policy when making arrangements for transportation to the event. Especially if you are travelling via air, you should know the airlines policy regarding date changes and refunds. However, most deals for airline tickets can be purchased within 3 months of departure. All confirmed applicants attending the event will be given confirmation 90 days prior to the event.
